Comments:
After reading positive reviews on several websites, I purchased these shoes. They are very comfortable and really do feel like slippers on your feet. Unlike some others, I would not walk around in them as they are a little slippery with the cleats attached (purchased separately). I would buy again.

Nice shoes for the price
By maryVerified Reviewer from brooklyn ny on 09/10/2009
Pros:

Cons:
Very stiff tongue
Best Uses:
Everyday riding, Long-distance riding
Describe Yourself:
Avid Cyclist
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Width:
Feels true to width
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Took these on a week long bike trip when I first got them and they proved to be pretty comfy. My only issue was that the tongue was so stiff and it kept rubbing into my front part of ankle and bruising me. After trying to adjust the straps and move the tongue, I finally ended up having to fold the tongue over and secure it under the strap. It was annoying but it kept that thing from rubbing on my ankle. Never had THAT problem before! Everything else about them was great though, they seemed well ventilated, didn't experience any rubbing, width was good (and i'd consider my feet pretty wide).

Comments:
I bought the shoes first then researched pedal/cleat systems knowing that with the universal fittings on the shoes I would not be restricted in my choice of pedal. Ultimately I chose the 'Look Keo Elle' pedals. I am very happy with my choices and highly recommended the shoes!

Barely noticeable shoes, great on my long rides. Bought the first pair according to their sizing guide and they were a size too big. Returned them for a size smaller and they fit great.

New to cycling. These are very comfortable. I wasn't sure how cycling shoes would feel but these are terrific. I am a size 7.5 and purchased the 40. They fit perfectly. The folks at my local bike shop were quite impressed with the style and quality. They were even more impressed when I told them the price I got them on Sierra Trading Post. I love them!
