By Canacogie from Eugene, OR on 06/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Too soon to determine durability. I usually wear them to work and on short 4 to 5 mile day hikes. I did wear them on a 29 mile backcountry hike with a 25lb pack and they performed well, no blisters, but they felt looser than I would have liked. Soles provided good traction. The shoes were exremely comfortable right out of the box, the only other pair I've owned that came close were my Keens.
