By Retiree Dave from Atkinson NH on 08/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought them for travel. I don't mind the snug fit because it's elastic and stretches easily with body movements, but for daily use, I'd order one size larger than usual.
They dry within 18 hours, maybe less.
By chriso from anchorage, alaska on 08/18/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft Best Uses: Cold Weather, Everyday Wear, Hiking, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are the same as the last batch I ordered and the elastic in the waist didnt last all that long, they run a bit smaller than similar sized other brands do...
comfortable for outdoor activities By climber and outdoorsman from Flag, AZ on 08/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Hiking, Running, Travel Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They don't ride up or bunch up. Very comfortable. Wicking is great, and you'll never go back to cotton.
By Treetrunk from West Virginia on 08/15/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft Best Uses: Hiking, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these briefs mainly for hiking in the summer. They performed nicely being lightweight, wicking and odor resistant. For the price not that much better than some of my very light cotton briefs. They seem to run about a size to small.
By evilskillit from around on 08/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Best Uses: Hiking, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These were very comfortable tho they felt a bit small at first. I am 5'10 and 155lbs and the mediums fit me like Michael Phelps swim trunks, they were not painful or uncomfortable just very snug.
Because of this however they provided very good support and moisture wicking and were very comfortable and dry for 26 miles of hiking up down mountains with a pack on.

By qulhntr from Broken Arrow,OK on 08/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Hiking, Running, Warm Weather Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The briefs have been great for use at work as I am in a semi outdoor enviroment. With temperatures near or at 100 degrees the perspiration wicking performance is extrordinary.
I am looking forward to wearing these during this years quail and pheasant season as they should transfer moisture to the synthetic under layer better than cotton, keeping me more comfortable on long hikes.
Didn't meet my husband's expectations By Briefly frustrated from Knoxville, TN on 08/05/2009 Pros: Moisture Wicking, Soft Cons: Material bunches in croch, Sets too heigh on waist Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: For years, my husband has used Terramar's briefs. But, the ones he's uncusotme to wearing have been extremely difficult to find forcing us to try the Four-way Stretch. The quality of the product is excellent. It's the design he is dissatisfied with. If Terrarmar were to change the few cons I listed as my husband's top reasons for us having to return these briefs then he would be a happy camper.
