Uncomfortable, Clunky Shoes By 2ytLt from Bracketteville, NC on 04/08/2009 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, No Arch Support, Uncomfortable Best Uses: Business Casual Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I tried, I really did. The shoes were too big out of the box, and uncomfortable during a normal work day. I was expecting something close to classic penny loafers and these turned out to be more akin to orthopedic shoes.

Too big -- not big enough to send back! By jiminkirkland from Kirkland, WA on 04/02/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: [...] I'd have returned these and been happier with a half size smaller.
Nice shoe didn't fit or maybe it did. By Sluggo from Boston on 04/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Looks Great Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I never wore loafers. I could not assess this shoe which looked great, felt comfortable, and had that stable, solid Red Wing feel. But I could not tell if it would break in to be a real pair of shoes or feel like a pair of nice slippers when worn outdoors. Previous reviews commented that the shoe was good for walking but I wasn't sure so I returned them. I might be missing out on a good pair of shoes.
