These shoes fit the bill. I have only worn the brown ones a couple of times and they were pretty comfortable. I kept the black ones too!

I decided to wear them around the house for a bit to see how they felt. The longer I wore them the better they felt. After about 3 days they were perfect and the cork footbed became a customized cradle for my feet. I love them.
