By tarpon 120al from bluff park, alabama on 07/28/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Good Arch Support, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Kayaking, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have open and protected toe sandals, I use the covered toe when kayaking on rivers and the open on lakes and for casual wear. Have owned nothing but Teva's for 7 to 8 years. Only problem is that eventually from water the left front strap on the inside of my foot comes loose from the sandal after about 1 to 2 years.
By Nickname from Arkansas on 07/27/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Good Arch Support, Lightweight Cons: Foot bed is slippery Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The foot bed is made of this spongy foam that gets very slippery when wet. My foot went all over the place. It is a horrible design for a sandal specifically made for water. It is comfortable, but unstable because of this design flaw.

STOP! THESE ARE THE SANDALS FOR YOU By Longspur from New Kent, VA on 07/22/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Easy on and off, Easy to clean, Good drainage, Lightweight, Stylish, Very good drainage Best Uses: At The Beach, Casual Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These sandals are great. I made the mistake of ordering something cheaper [$] at first and they were really a disapointment and hurt my feet from the first time I put them on. I did not think there would be much difference in something I wore to the beach and washing the cars, but I was wrong. Also, glad that Sierra has a painless return policy. I am very much pleased with the Teva sandals. No wonder they are the choice of professional guides everywhere. You will be happy with them too.
Not worth the suggested price. By Ben from Lancaster, Pa on 07/22/2009 Cons: Poorly Designed Straps Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Whoever designed these sandals was lazy. The straps on the toes and across the ankle have a rubber grip sewn to the velcro, but where the stitching ends the vecro and rubber grip are unconnected so there's a half an inch of loose velcro and a space to collect dirt. Definitely not worth more than 30 dollars.
That said, I like these sandals for the fact that they're very well cushioned. They've got a plastic clip so you don't have to use the velcro on the strap on the top, which is good because if you do, the padding underneath gets bunched up while sliding into them. If you don't mind buying some gorilla glue to seal up the loose ends they're worth a discounted price.
