It is a 5 star product and I would recommend it to anyone running for recreation or sport. It has the most arch support for the price and it's light as a feather...maybe two feathers.

Caused a blister on the first run. Returned the shoe, and the second pair is great. Would give the shoes five stars except for the first flaw. I find that Asiscs run about a half size small. I moved up a half size from an old pair, and the fit is much better. Shoes are very comfortable when running on trails and unpaved gravel roads.

I have used Asics for years but the first time for their trail shoe. I usually get there 10 1/2 but this time I ordered the 10 and found it works very well, I have always thought the 10 1/2 was just a little to big.
