By JoggerBob from Oklahoma on 04/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Support, Lightweight Best Uses: Jogging, Running Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Frequent jogger. Gel Kayano is the best and most comfortable jogging/running shoe I've owned. Runs 1/2 size small; true to width.
By mcj from WI on 04/30/2009 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've always loved the Kayanos, and have run in them for years. No major injuries. I thought the K 14's were a bit firmer than some earlier versions. Maybe I just feel it more as I get older...
By Jason from Milpitas, CA on 04/30/2009 Pros: Cushy and light, Good material, Sturdy heal support Best Uses: Gym workout, Speed jump rope, Walk in city Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My old pair of running shoes wasn't do the job. This pair is much better for the comfort and stability. The only problem is if you wear it too long, you may not want to go back to the tighter shoes. If you add more sole padding, oh, it would almost be like walking on feather.
By Aging GymRat from The Gym on 04/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Excellent support, Long Lasting Best Uses: Cardio Workouts Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my third pair of ASIC Kayano's ... I have
had the Kayano-9 and Kayano-11 in the past. All
have exceeded my expectations with respect to the
support and protection they provide my feet during
long sessions of running either on a treadmill or
outdoors. While these may be higher in price than
other running shoes, I find that I get just short of
twice the use out of these shoes as I do from less
expensive running shoes, so in the end ... I
consider them to be a bargain.
