I had heard that a wetsuit helps with the swim tremendously, but was reluctant to spend the $300 plus that most wetsuits cost. After doing a lot of research into what makes a good triathlon wetsuit good, this one has a lot of features at a price that cannot be beat! The seams are stitched and taped, it has multiple panel thickness placed where you need for optimal flexibility at the shoulders with extra bouyancy at the legs, friction panels along the forearms, easy to remove leggings (it gets easier to remove when wet). I tried it out for the first time yesterday and was elated with it's performance. The only problem now is going back to swimming without a wetsuit...
