By Bob from Ketchikan AK on 08/01/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm 5'10" and weigh 190 with a 42 inch chest. A bit chunky. No way did I fit in the size 8 though I fit the parameters. Zipping was impossible. It looked like a good suite.

By JB from Denver, CO on 06/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy To Put On And Off, Warm Best Uses: Colder Water, Triathlon Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Top end suit for great price. I'm 180lbs, 6', 43" chest, size 8 too small, size 9 just right. If you have broad shoulders or bigger chest, size up, in general good to add 15lbs to the size chart for best fit indication. Per feedback from Orca, not much break-in strech. Adds great bouyancy and improves swim time.
Awesome suit for the money! By D Hop from Bend, Or on 06/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Put On And Off, Warm Describe Yourself: Beginner Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've only taken a few swims with it but was impressed with it's feel right away. Super boyant and really flexable through the shoulders. I was at the top of the fit scale and have heard of some ppl having problems w/ fit but the smaller size worked just fine for me.
By Pat the triathlete from New England on 06/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy To Put On And Off, Warm Best Uses: Colder Water, Multi sport athlete, Triathlon Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I do triathlons frequently through the spring and summer. This product is a great buy. It offers all of the features one needs to be competitive. The different thicknesses in the suit offer flexibility or flotation where needed. This suit is one of the top you can buy in the sport. It is hard to impossible to find it at a price comparable to what it is being offered here.

Great Suit But Runs Small By Scott from Maryland on 04/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Put On And Off Describe Yourself: Casual User Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I did not use this wetsuit in the water but returned it and exchanged it right away for a larger size (that has not arrived yet). There is a discrepancy between the size chart online and the size chart in the literature that comes with the wetsuit. In the product literature, a size 9 is recommended for 185-193 pounds but online size chart shows 196-213 pounds! If you are in this range (size 7,8,9) I would definitely order a size up. Also, there is a lot of printed text and graphics on the wetsuit that looks as it it will wear off.... this does not bother me. Finally, the wetsuit looks well constructed, with many flexible panels and durable construction. I'll update after I get the larger size and try it out. Happy trails.
great deal on good product By slowrunner77 from Reno, NV on 04/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Warm Describe Yourself: Beginner Chest Size: Feels too small Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Orcas fit small. I am 6'0 159 lbs (right in the middle of height and weightfor size MT) but when I ordered that one, I couldn't even get the zipper to move. Sizing up a half size to size 7, I sacrificed an inch on the length, which I could have used as the suit let in a bit of water in the crotch, but as far as the weight, it fit great. Size 7 is supposed to be for mid 160's to 180, but probably more like 155-170, 5'9-5'11 for a perfect fit. The product itself is top quality at an unbeatable price.
