By Dee the Hiker from Southeastern WA on 09/19/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Thia jacket felt a little short. The construction seemed excellent. However, the fabric was so heavy there was no way I could wear it as advertised for sun protection in hot weather - 90's to 100's!
Great lightweight jacket! By Nittany Lion Gal from Eagle, CO on 09/01/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very nice jacket, that I use for the fall's cool nights and mornings. I haven't used it for exercise, although it will be a nice layer when snowshoeing in the winter.

By Susan from Santa Cruz on 08/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish Cons: Arm length on long side Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports, Travel Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a nice jacket for women on the go. The overall cut is trim but not too tight unlike other brands I have tried. I see myself using this jacket for walks and for cool days. The only negative feedback I have about it is that the arm length is about 2" too long and required some tailoring. Otherwise, it's a keeper!
By Doctor Maisy from San Francisco on 06/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought a size 4 and it actually fits! (Usually I have to buy children's sizes.) Besides the long sleeves and generous darts in the chest area, this jacket is perfect! I was looking for an ultra-light windbreaker that kept me warm but didn't weigh me down during my marathon-walk training and this fits the bill perfectly.
Sizing: Women or Junior?! By Jasmine from Anacortes, WA on 04/12/2009 Cons: Cheap material, Coarse, Poor Fit, Restricts Movement Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am 5'0'' and a true petite size 10. I ordered the Large because of prior reading how this brand can be smaller in the chest. I could not zip it up over my hips or chest. In addition, the material was coarse and had an unnatural feel to it. I think that Lole needs to adjust their sizing chart to allow for real women's sizes.
Great light-weight jacket By Active Mom from Mount Shasta, CA on 03/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Weight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is a perfect spring/summer/early fall weight. It has a fitted cut, particularly in the chest with dart-like seams that stand out a bit on the smaller chested frame. The hood is not overly large, and actually fits snugly to the top of the forehead- wouldn't really be completely effective at keeping rain off your face. But, the fabric is more of a water-resistant than water-proof style, so it wouldn't be a good choice for heavy rain anyway. Does cut the wind well; folds up small for packing, too.
