By Shoefan from NY on 10/17/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Based on all the great reviews online, I tried these. Felt about 1/2 size too small. They felt tight across the inset too. Other than that, they were light and well made but looked huge on the foot, so I sent them back. If you don't care how they look, order 1/2 size larger and you'll have some good winter boots.

These boots are just what I needed for the low temperatures. They are warm and comfortable. I normally wear an 8.5 to 9 in boots, at 8.5 these fit perfect! Enough room in the toe box not to feel cramped even with thick socks.

Best Boots I Ever Owned!! By Vicki from Arkansas on 06/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these for a trip to Alaska and a short hike in Denali Park broke them in. More comfortable than tennis shoes. Lightweight, warm but not hot, great odor control and stylish. Easy on and off. Best boots I've ever had!!! Walked easily in snow, across tundra, up trails to glaciers and stayed dry! My feet felt great! These are built to last.
By binz from Phoenix AZ on 05/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Stylish, Summer so can't comment Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Snowshoeing - will try, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These look like they will be great boots. My size is 7 1/2 - 8, and the 8 is roomy but suspect thick socks will suffice. I am not sure will be flexible enough for snowshoeing, but good for living in snowy conditions.
