By Tootsie from Madison, WI on 07/24/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Just the right thickness, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Daily Use, Hiking, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I don't like my socks too thin and these have just the right amount of cushion. Super soft and comfortable. They seem to have enough elastic that they won't stretch out over time.
By Gulfcoaster from Saint Petersburg, FL on 07/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Hiking, Working Out Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These socks are so soft they seem to hug my feet, but they are also sturdy for use and wick moisture very well. The best part is that I cannot feel the seams in the toes when I am wearing them - especially helpful on exercises like the treadmill or hiking.
By jbug from Richmond, CA on 07/03/2009 Pros: Cushy, Good Design, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Daily Use, Running, Working Out Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm something of a collector of wool socks, and these are right up there as one of my favorites. Remind me of the first Smartwool workout socks I bought 10+ years ago--and loved. Hard to tell how nice they really are from the picture online. You know how fine the wool is by the fact that they're a bit slippery when you first wear them: lanolin. I gave a pair to my mother and reordered several more pairs for myself after the first pair arrived. Have ordered other Goodhew socks, but these are the softest.
