Fortunately after reading some comments on Craft products on Sierra, I ordered both small and medium, and the medium fits.
I gave it 4 stars because the collar is a bit wider than my neck, and sags a little when fully zipped. It might straighten out after washing, or I may just get used to it. Other than that it is very sharp looking as well as comfortable, and I look forward to wearing it.
This would be a safe under layer, but I bought it as a shirt to wear to run on cool days. If you have a little softness anywhere on your torso, this beautiful shirt will show it and encourage you to get out there and run until it is gone. That is my plan! Might wear a vest the first week or so...

Soft, comfortable. Fit is close to skin. Flattering look. Sleeves long enough not to creep up when cycling or running. 1/4 zipper allows for ventillation. Neck not too tight or not too tall. I will buy myself another.
