Great Material, bad chamios placement By crossmonkey from Pacific Grove, CA on 08/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding, Great Fit Cons: Irregular pad location Best Uses: Cold Weather, Foggy central calfornia, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought 2-pairs at such a sweet deal I had to try even with all the bad reviews. Note the pad is not weld to short, they are sewn in. I took one pair and got the pad move forward 2.5 inches, feels good on sub 2-hour rides. Even with the alternation it cost me less than $90-well worth the quality for Craft clothing

They have a light "fleece type" backing which feels great.

By Antique cyclist from Wenatchee, WA on 05/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding Best Uses: Cold Weather, Long Rides Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great bib short for cold and transitional weather rides; just add knee or leg warmers. Great bibs if pad were located properly By Cyfac Cycler from West Chester, PA on 05/27/2009 Cons: Chafes, Irregular Fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It's too bad, because these are great bibs in many ways, but the chamois is mis-positioned, being way too far back. When in the saddle, the back edge of the chamois is a good 2" above the saddle, while the front is not far enough forward to provide adequate coverage. I re-ordered another and found the same thing, so I sent both back. I asked a friend who has the same pair, which he bought elsewhere, and he has no such problem. These must be a batch of seconds.
