Can't comment on most of these things as I returned them. Besides the mitten running very small the pocket that holds the hand warmer is so small it doesn't hold the kind I use. Don't know what would fit in it.

These mittens are warm enough for the winters here in WY, and are breathable so your hands don't wind up sweaty/clammy, yet wind resistant enough so that you don't have to think about being cold; Dexterity is not impaired as in other mittens I have had - fit snugly but not too tight; Can use for running, mtn biking, ski, snowshoe down to about 10 degrees
