By rodeo riot joe from western pennsylvania on 11/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket kicks butt. If your layered right, like if its 30 degrees outside, your gonna be wearing about two shirts and a sweater,or long sleeve etc. The coat is very windproof and definitely waterproof. I live in the mountains of western PA the weather here is comparable to Alaska,(really look it up) and its warm enough for me to drive my soft top wrangler in below freezing. Only con is the neck is very open so it doesn't chafe the neck, but there's no draw cord, so if it's very windy this is slightly uncomfortable.(The hood eliminates this but I don't care to wear hoods they make me look too dorky!)
By tommkatt3 from Mid Michigan on 11/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Just a nice casual winter coat. Like the liner, especially the sleeves. Sweaters don't hang when sliding into the sleeves, unlike other coats of this type. It's a Columbia, will last for years!
By Tim from Memphis, TN on 11/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Man I caught an amazing deal on this one ([$]) but it's worth well well more, it's not the prettiest jacket aesthetically but I love it! It's no north face but Columbia is like half the cost. Great coat!
By Ben's mom from Ohio on 11/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for my son's winter coat and also to wear skiing. He hasn't worn it yet, but it brought big smiles. The color block style looks great, the liner is soft and warm and the zip-together system works well. We couldn't have found a better coat for the money.
By ACT from Massachusetts on 11/10/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this for my 22 year old son. He loves the warmth and stylishness. He's a tall, lanky young man and the sleeve and body length are great. True winter hasn't yet arrived in New England, but it has kept him toasty on frosty fall nights.

Usual columbia quality.
