By limo from Athens, OH on 11/17/2009 Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Seemed to work at first. But after a few minutes, they got bigger and bigger. The stretchy material didn't help them keep their size. I like the styling, though. Good back pocket placement.

They fit well, are comfy and stretchy, and are quite flattering. I wear a 6 normally, and these size 6 fit perfectly.
By carhead from FORT WORTH, TEXAS on 11/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I don't usually order pants because I am afraid they won't fit. But these fit great and were a great deal.
By Meg from Nashville, TN on 10/30/2009 Cons: Poor Material or Construction Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants were great on fit and style at first, but if you buy these, plan on seeing them grow two sizes within the first couple of wears. Washing doesn't shrink them back down either. I don't know if it's a cheap fabric or just the lycra in them, but after one hike they are unusable. Complete waste of money.

By Sunshine Maui from Forestville on 10/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Loved the color and fit but these jean-type pants are not all that wrinkle resistant. Therefore, not the best for traveling but very good for casual wear when you can iron them before wearing.

I think they are flattering and practical. wish there were other colors available
By Greenboots from Victoria, BC on 10/18/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, They fit me Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've worn these for working outside and in the office for about a month. They're really comfortable, have good stretch, and fit my petite hour-glass shape really well. The waist tapers nicely and there's enough room in the thighs without being baggy. The zipper seam recently tore (repairable) but otherwise, they're great. I ordered two more pairs after I wore the first one.
fantastic pants, wierd sizing By lixy from SF, CA on 10/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Stretchy Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a pair of these already and love them, so I was very excited to get a couple more from STP, especially since they also offer a short length option! The dark brown color was perfect--just like the dark brown sidney pants I already have, only shorter, which is perfect for me.
The sizing is weird, however: i usually wear an 8 (sometimes 10) but in these pants a 6 is perfect, and even that stretches out quite a lot with wear. The are incredibly comfortable for biking, climbing and travel with all that stretch, but they may start to be feel too big in a couple of days.
The khaki colored ones, the 6 regular length felt the same, good, but the 6 short was too small--like half a size at least! And I had compared them with three other size 6s, so this is not my imagination!
Comfortable pants, nice fabric By lyndelou from montana on 10/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the second pair of this pant that I have purchased. I enjoy the gentle stretch comfort and the easy form fitting shape. Even better is the fact they come in a length that means I can wear them without taking them to the sewing machine for shortening! Awesome.
