I bought two pairs of these gloves for gifts for boys living in cold weather. The fit seems to be womans sizes as large did not come close to fitting either of the recipients. They are supposed to return.

Watch Those Big Mitts
By USMCJAGVerified Reviewer from Finger Lakes, NY on 12/12/2009
Pros:
Good Grip, Stylish
Describe Yourself:
Advanced
Sizing:
Feels too small
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Again, big fellas with mucka-mits might want to take a pass. I have large hands and measured them before purchasing. The specs say the gloves work to 11.5 size.....being a 10.5 I figured fitment would be a non issue. However, while these 'fit' there is not a lot of room which usually translates into getting colder easier due to lack of space for air to circulate. Other wise, the price, style of the black/grey and other features rock.

I bought these for snow removal and for the snow mobile. They fit great, look great and are well made. At this price how can you loose. Why pay top dollar for a glove you may end up loosing over the winter. With these I bring em everywhere and never worry about it because the price was so sweet and the fit so cozy.

Comments:
Great gloves, I was surprised with the quality for such low price. Columbia never let me down! (Okay, it did once, few years ago with the hiking shoes but never since). I own several pairs of gloves and wanted a spare pair just in case, plus could not resist the price. The gloves were nice and warm and only complaint was that based on the measurements on the web site I ordered size L (I have last year's TNF gloves in L and they fit just fine). However, these gloves were too snug, I had to get them exchanged to XL.

I recently purchased these for backcountry skiing this winter. So far, they have been exactly what I was looking for. I live in Montana, where the winters can get very cold. I think they will keep me warm all season while I ski. Plus they look great.

Nice gloves
By Fallen Season from New Englad on 10/21/2009
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
These seem like nice gloves for their intended purpose, so I'll be kind and give them 5 stars. However, a word of warning is in order: the thumb (incorrectly referred to as an index finger in the product description) on the left glove features a "goggle wipe" -- a not so subtle triangular prism constructed of rubber (similar to those pencil grippers, though not quite as large). An outline of the goggle wiper is visible in the "alternate view" image, but none of the images fully expose the object). You probably won't want these gloves if you don't intend to use that feature.
