Great, comfortable hiking pants By Ficali McPipe from New York, NY on 07/05/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these pants for my husband, they're great and extremely comfortable. We were looking for pants specifically for hiking, and these were exactly what we were looking for. The quick-dry material is a tremendous asset.
The only possible drawback is that the pants were wider/baggier than expected. Other than that, the waist and length were true to size.

I know that it is the rainy season, and I need something that will be comfortable, expandable (zip off pant legs for shorts), and easy to maintain.

Spend hours in the Arkansas summer sun and needed something that was cool and dry quickly. These pants fill the bill. Just two wishes 1) add a fly to the front 2) not quite so baggy. They fit like scrubs!

Pants that dry quickly and become shorts By Sideburns from Missoula, MT on 05/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight Cons: Leg zippers a bit finicky Best Uses: Camping, Fishing, Hiking, River Crossing Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Just wore them around the yard to make sure they didn't chafe and to see how fast they dried in 60 degree weather. Pretty happy with them. Look forward to backpacking, hiking, and fishing in them.
Durability is questionable, but then it is on most lightweight wicking pants.
