Has no hand warmer pockets which is a deal killer for me
By Jackson Square from Rochester, MN on 09/08/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Cut, Warm Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great jacket. Has all of the pros of regular fleece, but looks a little bit different. I only wear fleeces in the winter, so it's nice to be able to 'mix it up' a bit. The sleeves are perfect for me, but I have a bit longer arms than normal. It is very warm and also breathes very well. It would not work as a windbreaker though (just as other fleece jackets do). I would definitley recommend this to any of my friends.

but it is actually polyester; very
disappointing; if I found this in a store
I would not have bought it Sierra Trading Post Responded on 09/06/2009
Fleece Soft woven cloth of wool, or a blend of wool and/or cotton or synthetics such as polyester. Previously a term used only in woven sweatshirts, but more commonly now as a quick-drying, breathable, soft polyester used to make insulating clothing. Fleece-making is quite a process: the wool, cotton, or polyester is knitted in loops, those loops are cut, and the ends are shaved down to size. The height of the fibers that are left has a lot to do with the weight and insulating power of the fleece. There are different types and grades of fleece in a variety of styles to meet your functionality, warmth, and aesthetic
