Very well made. I would like to get him another one in a different color.

Height is perfect if you are looking for a short sweater. Bands at ends of sleeve might be a bit snug for those with thick wrists. I've been wearing it daily with just a t-shirt underneath in 60 degree weather and its perfect for this. Added bonus- will make you look slimmer.

By Sf Architect from San Francisco, CA on 08/17/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: In the photo on the web site the photo makes the black color appear very two-tone. It's not it is a homogeneous black. This is not a complaint just be aware of that fact. In fact this is a nice item. I've had good experiences with Columbia products in general. Looks ridiculous reversed, I think, but its a great zip up sweater for San Francisco climate. We'll see how it wears over time.
