This clock is beautiful and really adds to our decor. It is ceramic, so I suppose it is a bit fragile, it is also heavy for its size, so we had to make sure the nail it is on was well attached to the wall.

It is very heavy and it ticks loudly. I wouldn't put it in a room where you need it to be quiet.
