Optics seemed to be good, but quality just not there. No wonder they are close-outs.

Much better than other typical binocs

I was extremely disappointed with their performance. When used in wet conditions they absorbed moisture in to the len area and you could not see anything. Not usuable when conditions are poor. Ok for normal light and good weather. I could only suggest these glasses for use under great weather conditions. They worked well when I used them the first time when it was sunny, bright and what I would consider normal conditions. I sent these back for different pair of binoculars.
