By Bob-O from Florida on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these shoes 1/2 size larger than my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly. I am a huge fan of Vasque shoes and these are now my favorite. I wore them on some fairly vigorous hikes on parts of the Appalachian Trail last week and they were light, stable and very comfortable. I will probably use them mostly for trail running and day hikes but they would be great for every day wear.
Super-shoes, great traction, But.. By Francois-Mathieu Hotte from Chicoutimi, Qc, Canada on 10/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My foot size is between 8.5 and 9. First time i put them on, they seem half size to small, in fact too narrow, the blood didn't circulate at all. But i've broken them and their perfect. Great traction. But there just fit. Buy a half a size bigger for supreme comfort. Mine are already too dirty and used to send them back.
By TJ from San Francisco, CA on 10/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great shoes. I've owned Vasque shoes/sandals before. I usuallly wear 10.5 or size 11 shoes. With Vasque I need to purchase 11.5 size, which feels like size 11 in other brands. You might want to get 1/2 size larger with Vasque products. Vasque are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. AMAZING products.

Not acceptable at all. All I have to do is put weight on the heal and I sound like a duck. Not impressed at all.

By JAB the outdoor lover from White Mountains, AZ on 09/22/2009 Best Uses: Backcountry, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Otherwise than the new-sneaker-annoying-squeak, it seems to be a good shoe. Hopefully the squeak will go away as I break them in. *Had to place a piece of thin fabric underneath the sole to get rid of the squeak.*
