Good but will it hold up? By Rich from USA on 07/13/2009 Pros: Easy To Carry, Tight Closure, Waterproof Best Uses: Adventure Racing, Paddling, Sailing Describe Yourself: Professional Guide Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This looks like a great product design but only time will tell if it holds up. It is made from a thin material with a waterproof lining like a tent fly. Only time will tell if this will hold up under extreme use. I wouldn't place anything too valuable in it until it is proven over a years use or so.
You want a valve on your drybag By james from Missouri on 06/09/2009 Pros: Tight Closure, Waterproof Best Uses: Adventure Racing, Backpacking, Paddling Describe Yourself: Competitive Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great dry bag. I own a few, with this 5l being the smallest (and its pretty small, use it for food and small gear). Especially on the larger bags (that you'd use for clothes) the release valve is key. It allows you to compress everything and fit more in the bag. I use this bag for racing and although its durable if I was going to use if for family trips I'd go for the heavier weight bag.
