She loves the forest green colors as well.

By nancypants from Richmond, TX on 07/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this sock to use on a river rafting trip. I haven't gone on the trip yet but I have been wearing every evening to keep my feet warm. Even though our local temps are hovering around 100 daily, my feet are sensitive to the a.c. The socks work perfectly...much better than my cotton socks which end up making my feet sweat. I bought the small and wear a ladies 6.5.
By Casual Teacher from South Carolina on 07/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have trouble with my feet getting cold even in 100 degree heat, so I buy socks that will keep that from happening. I wear this sock with either hiking shoes or running shoes and they work well for me. I wear the socks for around 12 hours for everyday activity and my feet stay dry and do not get cold. They feel good on my feet and are true to size.

I can tell I will be using these socks often. Can't wait...
By Jen from New Jersey on 07/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: There are marks on the two socks indicating which one is for the left foot, which one is for the right one--and there is a reason for that. They fit both feet perfectly.
Comfy & lightweight but a bit too big By Tiffhiker from Mesa, AZ on 07/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cushy, Durable, Good Design, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The socks are comfy, and I love the design made for your right or left foot. However, they run a bit too big. I ordered a medium (size 6-10) and wear a size 8.5, and the heel lined up more over my achilles tendon/ankle. I did wear these in low cut hikers and in sandals while hiking through over 100 river crossings though, and they show no real wear while others on the trip had socks wear out. I would buy again but perhaps try the next smaller size.

The right thickness just for the summer
