These do have some arch support but not enough to give support for all day. The sole was not quite enough that I'd feel comfortable running out to the mailbox, etc.-- seemed a little more "indoorsy"

I love the support that you generally don't find in a slipper. The boiled wool is comfortable and warm. The sweet flowers are the adorable part! I haven't had them long enough to testify as to the durability, but by the looks of how they are made, I suspect they will wear excellent.
The icing on the cake is they are not made in China.

I have had other slippers but none compare to Haflingers. They have just the right arch support - they are felt (or boiled wool) which is very comfortable on the feet.They are attractive and I love slipping into them if I have been on my feet all day shopping or working.

We are a no shoes inside family, so off go the shoes and on go the slippers immediately at the door. They last for a good amount of time, too. Eventually I wear a hole through the top from my big toe, but this is after about a year's worth of use! I grab them whenever I see them and store them for later if I happen not to need them at that moment. I was happy to grab these, they are cute!!

Haflinger slippers are the best! Winter or summer I love that I can slip on Haflingers and be comfortable. I recommend going down a size since it's European, and my normal 8 is between a 38 and 39. With the 38, I avoid too loose slippers, and they "give" nicely, so that they are neither too loose nor too tight. BTW, I wash mine in the washer and dry them in the sun when they need it.
