+:
The look good
Feel comfortable
The waterproof seems to work great.
Great traction in dirt and mud etc.
-:
Bottom heavy... The soles seem to throw the balance off a bit but it's not that big of a deal.
The patterns on the sides and back of the shoe make it kinda hard to keep clean.
ZERO ARCH SUPPORT!
Overall, not a lot of complaints. These reviews helped me with my decisions to buy shoes online and hopefully this will help someone. I originally bought the Merrell Chameleon wraps but they were at least a half size too big and they were UBER heavy. I exchanged them for these, same size, and they fit perfectly and not near as heavy!

By outdoor aussie from wa on 10/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: these were comfortable from the first moment. Got stranded and had to wear them for 3 days straight and they were fantastic. I normally wear a womens 9 and got these in a mens 8 which fits perfectly. I have about 5 pairs of Keen shoes now and so does my husband!
Great shoe for cold weather By Geologist&Mom from South Central Indiana on 09/30/2009 Best Uses: Cold weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe seems like it would be very comfortable to me (I wear a size 10 womens), but there was so much insulation that I did not feel like there was enough room in them and thought my feet would get hot after wearing them for a short while indoors.
good fit, very comfortable By cheap-skate from Perth, Western Australia on 09/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a half size up like instructed and they fit perfectly. Good stable shoe, very light and not too ugly. I just hope they don't wear out too quickly.

By tim from seattle, wa on 09/06/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: the shoes looked good out of the box and I was dissapointed that they ended up too narrow for my wide feet... there was no way my orthotic was going to fit

By Red Flag from Allegan, MI on 09/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Hiked 40 miles on Isle Royale. We were stuck in a rain storm and the temp dropped to the 40's. My shoes were wet for two days. Another hiker with Gore-tex had dry shoes the next morning. The shoes held up and fit well but once wet they seemed to hold the mosture. The did better when the temp warmed up and all I had to deal with was thick dew.
By Portland Day Hiker from Portland OR on 08/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday, Milage Days Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Was looking for light weight comfortable shoe that I could do a long day and not be dying to get out of my shoes back at the car. Have a wide foot so Keen seems to work for me. Right out of the box felt good and did a 16 mile 5000' loop with Tevas in the back as a back up. Felt good all day and kept them on back home. Don't knpw if there is a theory behind the off set laces but they are stable, comfortable, and light enough to stuff in the pack for a back up to boots or sandals when I hike Kilimajaro this fall :-)
By unclebob from Earth, USA, KS, KC on 08/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Cons: Needed to retrain tongue Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these shoes, sort of a hybrid of very low cut hiking boot and a cross trainer. Great for fast paced hiking that suits my needs perfectly.
