It runs a half size smaller. Order half size bigger than you normally wear and it is perfect.

By ProfessorVelo from Upper(!) midwest on 06/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday, Light trail running Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have to confess, I bought these originally to walk my dogs. I thought the waterproofness and the low cut would make them a great summer shoe when the early morning dew tends to soak other shoes. I wasn't wrong. They are perfect for that with a good level of waterproofing and great all around comfort. The cushioning was good enough to make me think that these really might be decent trail running shoes, but the uppers are a tad *indistinct* - which is to say they would feel a bit sloppy if one were really running. Also, the Keen Dry™ waterproofing ain't Gore Tex™. They are a little warm and a little less breathable than I would prefer, but it's something of an expected trade-off. Keen makes a great shoe, but I have also had problems in the past with sizing that didn't seem standardized. These fit just fine, but caveat emptor. I am thinking about buying another pair just because they are so comfortable, so with a few minor this-and-that's I would recommend them.
Excellent Shoes!!! Dry Feet! [...] By JC from Chattanooga, TN on 06/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like the feel of the shoes. However, i'm not sure on the durability! When i got them the eyelets already came out and time will tell with the rest of the shoe!! Overall though, very comfortable, waterproof, and very comparable to gore-tex. It's a good shoe!!!
By xy-rn from Philadelphia, PA on 06/07/2009 Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At less than 1/2 the price at famous retail outdoor stores these shoes are a bargain. Soles are stiff but no hot spots and will no doubt loosen up.

By The Mountaineer from PA on 06/02/2009 Best Uses: Day hikes, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: KEENs have always been a great buy for me, and fit true to my size. When I was ordering these shoes I was told to order a half size bigger, which I did. Upon arrival, the size 10 shoe was a bit sloppy and I had to cinch up the laces. When I was cinching up the left shoe, the lace eyelet pulled out of the shoe. [...] I tried a 9.5. They were way too small. I did wear the size 10 and found it to be uncomforable and a very hot shoe. Love KEENs but very dissapointed with this shoe.
