I've purchased Keen Ochoco's in the past and have not seen Keen shoes @ this price for a while. I love these shoes for everyday wear, spend a lot of time on my feet. They're well-supported and they have the cool Keen look to them. I bought 3 pairs!

snug fit, light weight
By frasaldVerified Reviewer from Spokane, WA on 06/30/2009
Pros:
Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Stable
Cons:
Not Water Resistant
Best Uses:
Day hikes, Everyday
Describe Yourself:
Outdoor Professional
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Width:
Feels true to width
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
The shoe has excellent traction and stability, with light weight. It's not a boot, so don't expect that type of protection or long term support. I rated it as true to size, but its designed to be snug; when laced it is very firm, but that will no doubt loosen up as the shoe wears in. The shoe is low cut and breathable, which is why I didn't rate it as water resistant.

Just OK
By Sale shopper from Chicago IL on 06/29/2009
Best Uses:
Everyday
Describe Yourself:
Casual Adventurer
Sizing:
Feels half size too small
Width:
Feels too narrow
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Same as the other reviews, the eyelets all popped off the first time I put them on. I own several pairs of Keens (other models) and none of them are this narrow and this small. Other than that they are just ok.

Comments:
The reviews said the eyelets for the laces fall out of the shoe. Gave them a try anyway. Used for one day, one hour and sure enough the eyelet on left shoe top lace hole can out.

Comments:
The shoe fits the same as the other keen shoes I own. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. However the plastic eyelets at the top broke on both shoes just two days after I received them. Hopefully the hole don't rip out.
