Unfortunately, since I have larger-than-normal calves, they were about 2 inches too small. The shoe part fit fine, but I couldn't close the boots completely, so I had to return them. Very disappointed! You know, not everyone has skinny calves. Some of us have actual *muscles*.

I tried them on and they feel great. It's still mid-august and 80's out, so they wont get properly tested for a few months.

They are an odd height, too short to wear with skirts, too short to walk in snow. They bag around the ankle; they are difficult to don; the back elastic strap is not attractive. I simply could not think of any use for them at all.

They are so comfortable. I can't wait for cold weather so I can wear them. I have never tried on a boot that fit so well. They don't slip on the heel, yet have plenty of toe room to allow for thick socks. Great boot.
