I use the shoes for work because I need to stand a great deal of the time and the other shoes that I have tried were unbearable by the time I came home at night. I could barely walk. Now I can come home and relax from head to toe. I am sad that they are not making this shoe anymore. I tried the black, and immediately ordered the saddle once I tried them. I just love them. I have a narrow foot with a high instep and they fit snugly, but not too tight. I ordered my usual size (7 1/2 B) and they are perfect. I may need to wear lighter socks with them at first until they conform to my foot a little more, but they seem to fit nicely with no pinching, rubbing, or discomfort. I also have a high instep, but no problems there. I am very pleased with these, and if they wear well, which they seem like they will, I will buy another pair. They are very well made and attractive, but not too dressy. I was after a casual shoe, and these are perfect. Thank you STP!

I'm never disappointed with Merrell shoe quality. This shoe fit a little better than the 1st pair. A little snug at first but I know they will be perfect once they're broken in.
