When teaching Yoga I need tops that cover more of my chest and this one is perfect, I don't have to worry about showing too much.

You will need extra support if you are larger busted or running, I just add a sports bra on those days. Great for weight lifting and yoga too

Unless you are very heavy in the middle, it will swim on you. Also, ordered two of them in different colors, one had a built in bra, one didn't. Go figure.

The purple one is without a bra, and feels almost like a different product. But I'll keep it; it's cheap and comfortable.

One of the straps is sewed on twisted on the back.

My only "con" which I don't consider a con is the interior bar could be tighter. I think if I had purchased the next size down, it might have been better. Otherwise this is a great shirt and I look forward to owning more.

The fit is very square, which works for me but would be to big at the waistline for a lot of women. 1 tank had a shelf bra - the other didn't. In my opinion you need a sports bra either way.

Unfortunately it didn't have a shelf bra either.
It seems to me that if one has a shelf bar, they all should have one.
