By hiker23 from Maryland on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This top is great, other than that it's a bit thin and light weight for a Patagonia level 3 layering system. The fit is just slightly large compared to the capilene line.
By Mt. Kili Girl from hartford, ct on 10/25/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Thin wool layer with a bit of stretch. No stink after exercising. I like it, but not as much as the Icebreaker brand.

This looks like a $100 shirt! By lizzy from philadelphia on 09/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering feminine cut, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Great on its own or layer, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This would be great as a layer during winter sports, but would look terrific when you take your jacket off to go for lunch whatever. Nice color, nice soft feel, good looking.
By Yosemite Mountain Mama from Mariposa CA. on 09/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I look forward to cool weather to try this shirt out. It fits great, except a little closer than I like around my middle aged hip area, but then I like things a bit loose.I like that the neck has a zipper for a bit of climate control. It seems to be made for comfort. No zipper scratching. The sleeves are nice & long which I love. If you have short arms you could roll them. I'm thrilled to have gotten such a good deal on a great product! I got my first Patagonia shirt from STP 12 years ago & it is still my favorite ( light hoodie)!
By kayaksue from Southern Colorado on 09/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: ATV riding, Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Haven't worn it yet - but I'm impressed with the exceptional softness, fit and overall appearance of this base layer that I NEVER would have spent the retail price for. But with the incredible deal on Sierra Trading - I'm able to have a product that would have previously been out of my financial reach.
Can't believe this is wool By kayaksue from Southern Colorado on 09/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore this when we were gathering firewood and it was comfortable - never got too hot (which happens alot with me!) Very soft and the fit is right on.
By MNM from NY on 07/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am of medium build (normally size 8-10) and ordered a Large based on feedback from other reviewers. The Large was too big - medium fits well and keeps me warm. Very lighweight and comfortable
Nice fit, but slightly scratchy By MidnightStroller from Brooklyn NY on 07/20/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Lovely color, Sleek styling, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Although it is made of merino wool, it is slightly scratchy on my skin, unlike others merino wool sweaters I have. So I reluctantly returned it.
