not really a good running short By runstoeat from UT on 01/10/2009 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Poor Fit, Seams in the wrong places Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run 5mi or more at a time but still have a lumpy body - so the seams on this short were chafing horribly after just a couple miles. None of my other "running shorts" do that. I'm never using it to run again. However, it is comfortable, a decent length for being in public, and would maybe be more appropriate for working in the yard/running errands.
By Toni from Fort Collins, CO on 12/31/2008 Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bulky look. Not flattering at all!
By YMCA gal from Tacoma, WA on 12/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Poor Fit, Way too short Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Material is great, and waist fit was fine. But these shorts rode up immediately when I started jogging. I'm 5.7 so maybe they'd fit a shorter person better, but I was really disappointed.
By ewl73 from Mill City, PA on 08/11/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Running, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very comfortable and lightweight - great for hot weather running. A little 'puffier' than I would like - prefer a more fitted look.
By Huff and Puff from Midland, MI on 08/05/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Comfortable, Durable, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Gym Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for fitness walking and they are pretty good for that, but they are a little heavier than I expected. They have a peached texture to them. Pretty nice fit, slightly roomy. Nice stylish stitching that accents the black pair I bought.
By A Marathon Runner from Fairbanks, Alaska on 07/29/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Gym, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These shorts are comfortable and fit well. However, when I wore them on a run, the seam on the inside of the leg caused chafing. I will probably use them for casual wear, or while weight training.
By casual runner from Terre Haute, IN on 07/07/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run regularly, although not far. (One mile, three times a week). The shorts are short enough to not get in the way of my stride, but long enough to cover parts of my thighs that should remain covered.
