Great base layer for many uses By Debbie from Denver, CO on 10/29/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great base layer for any outdoor cold weather activity. I even wear them around the house on cold snowy days.
Good fabric, not so good fit By Run/Ski from New York, NY on 09/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Not itchy Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wish I had gone down a size - I got the mediums and typically wear a size 8 pant. They fit my thighs, for the most part, but are huge once they get to my knees and on my calves. They don't fit like tights; I'd say more like yoga pants except they are gathered at the ankle. I do like the fabric.
By Dog Trainer Lady from Cincinnati, Ohio on 08/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Summer now Will Try later, Warm Best Uses: Bedtime jammy bottoms, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought 2 pair to keep warm in the winter, both in bed as pajama bottoms, & for wear under outer slacks during the day. They are not stylish like leotards, but loose enough for practical wear. It's summer hot now, so they'll have to wait a few months for a true try, but they look like just what I need.
Baggy around knees, waist too high By nancypants from Richmond, TX on 07/15/2009 Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice enough material but too baggy around the knees. The waist came up to my rib cage. I am 5'4 and weigh 135. I bought a medium but will be returning.
Everything you want in a base layer By Emily the wannabe from Heber, UT on 06/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: BACKPACKING, Cold Weather, Rain, Snow Sports, yoga Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Lightweight, soft, comfortable, good fit. Will work well under any pants. Could be used alone as pjs or workout wear. Tapered leg. I'll be wearing it under snowgear or jeans for cool and cold weather outdoor activities. May use for yoga and other at-home workouts as well.
By M from San Francisco, CA on 06/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Lounging, Travel Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very comfy, but not very practical as a thermal base layer. The fabric is very soft and thin, which makes it comfy, but not all that warm. The fit is styled more like lounging pants than thermal underwear. The calfs are tight and fitted, which would work well under boots without bunching up. The thighs however, are very loose and baggy which don't seem to be suited for keeping warmth and heat close against your body.
Although I will not use these as a baselayer as planned when I orderd them, I have already started wearing them around the house and am very happy with them for that usage. They are thin, compact and take up no space in luggage so I plan to stick them in my suitcase for travel too.

I wear these everyday.
