As a yoga instructor with a bad knee I'm always looking for things that help. I knew the minute I put these boots on that they were a keeper. Puts spring in your step and works many more muscles than what one normally does walking on flat surfaces.

Although they are a bit heavy for someone used to a lighter shoe, I soon got used to them. I have plantar fasciitis and MBT shoes were recommended. They are helping--I have much less pain since I started wearing them.

They might take several months before complete improvement is noticed. Not the best shoe configuration for ice, or slippery surfaces; also, avoid use in walking up ladders with round rungs. The constant radius contact requires the wearer to be discerning.

I am a woman with bunions so I got men's and they fit well in the toe joint but not overly loose around the heel. The laces allow for a custom fit.
They propel you forward and give you a decided bounce to your step. These are magic boots.
