By Every day should be casual Friday from Gloucester, MA on 12/06/2007 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Following previous reviews of these pants I ordered one size larger and two sizes larger. The size 12 (I'm usually a 10) wouldn't even go over my hips. The size 14 was enormous in the waist. Beautiful color but very disappointing that the sizing is so far off. The fabric is very stiff and heavy, but I think it might have softened up with washing.
By Comfort Girl from Ann Arbor, Michigan on 12/05/2007 Pros: Durable, Soft Material Cons: Hard to get the right siz Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Durable wear Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The sizing seems to be off so I have had to eturn the product several times to get the correct size.
By LW from Nederland, CO on 10/28/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great pants once I got the right size -- which is 2 sizes up from my usual. I usually wear an 8, tried a 10 first, and finally ended up with a 12. I was afraid they'd be too long-waisted, but not at all. And the built-in belt is a great feature for those of us with smaller waists.
By Amy from New York on 10/09/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Describe Yourself: High-end shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Runs Very Small-maybe two sizes. My true size is a 10(formal dress shop, not vanity sized) and the 12 was tight. Other than size, it looks great.
By Anne from New Hampshire on 10/02/2007 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I consistently wear a size 4, including in Gramicci. For these, I went up to a size 8(I am 36" hip, 32" inseam, 28" waist). They are slim fitting in the hip, if that is important to the purchaser. They are very nice, classic Gramicci, and well worth the trouble to find the correct size. Consider going up two sizes rather than one.
