I purchased them for driving, but, they have become my favorite pair of shades. I like them better than a pair of Maui Jim Sport shades that I paid twice as much for and still love. I used the sizing chart this site offers and found it easy to use and accurate.

But I can say that I really like them in all aspects but one. I wish they were a little more tinted. I don't want them really dark, but a little darker than they are would be nice for driving toward a setting or rising sun. Over all, I am very satisfied with them!

Polarization is not of the type that causes car windows and cell phone displays to appear or oily or rainbowish. i am very satisfied with these shades.

Super light and fit perfectly! The photochromic lenses are an added bonus. Lens color (rose?) seemed odd, but work great. These glasses have convinced me to never buy "full-framed" sunglasses again.

I have bought cheap glasses that reduced glare a whole lot better. Ihavent seen any real change in the darkening of these. and they will scratch on the first drop. I do several triathlons and running races and really havent been too impressed with them. I have had several bolles since 1990 and these are the worst ones yet.
not polarized like another poster wrote By reg97tj from royal oak, mi on 08/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Driving Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: i currently have oakley's & they look & feel a lot more sturdy than this. the plastic on the frame makes the bolle look cheap. and the bigger deal breaker is it's not polarized. if you have polarized lense (like my oakley's) you'll know for sure. one way to find out is look at the back windshield or some side windows on cars, you should see noticable heat spots (i believe it's there during manuf)w/ polarized lense. these do not have polarized lense as described. that's why i returned them.
