By love to shop from Montana on 10/27/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered the jacket the first time in a medium but it was too big and the arms were to long. I am a size 8. I returned it and re-ordered a small. It fits perfect and will be great in the winter time, very cozy and although it is a puffy coat, not too puffy.

Feminine for a puffy jacket By Military Wife from Corpus Christi, TX on 10/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Extreme Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Super warm, puffy, but still has a femine look. Slight gathering at waist is nice. I love that the hood detaches and doesn't have a furry edge on it like so many of the others.

By Titanium from Fairbanks, AK on 06/17/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Packable, Performance Mountain Gear, Warm Best Uses: Alpine Climbing, Cold Weather, Extreme Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Outdoor Research delivers premium quality in this performance-grade jacket. It packs a punch on snowy, windy mountain slopes and can take a lot of weather without surrendering an ounce of warmth. An excellent choice for alpine climbing, it has kept me warm on climbs in the Alaska Range and will be keeping me toasty on Mt. Rainier in July when I climb the Emmons Route. The hood fits over a climbing helmet perfectly, and the jacket is sized just right for layering. Bomber. Need I say more?
To stylish to be outdoorsy. By imaginehealing from Kingston, NY on 05/31/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Constructed well, Durable, Stylish, Warm Cons: Not for not too cold days Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Stylish and workable Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Purchased in spring so haven't determined if suitable in harsh wet conditions. Very warm, slightly larger than the classic formfitting design, constructed well with nice quilting on waterproof breathable fabric; ice blue lining, strong inner seam bindings are bias cut lining fabric; down filled flap over front zipper; adjustable hood with front neck protection, down filled standup collar; sleeves slightly long!, slightly broad shouldered, hip length; I'm between sizes 6-8 & 10 so purchased a small; hightech layering not bulk needed to keep the mobility this stylish jacket offers!!
