These most recent cords are of a definitely lower quality than the others, though the fit and styling are still great. The inside waist anchoring tab is not only much smaller and flimsier than before, but also ripped off the first time I buttoned it after I had the cords hemmed. After one washing, the cords look as old and faded as a pair of Lambournes I bought three years ago, and have worn constantly. Disappointed.
