Although it had a sticker 'Made in China', it has excellent workmanship. It is a perfect size, not too big to overwhelm a space, not too small that you need more than one repository for your shiny things.

An added bonus is the necklace hooks in the inside which allows you to hang necklaces, which remaining hanging even when you close the lid. There is a deep space which allows this function. It's a bit hard to explain but you will see if you purchase the box. Very happy with my choice.
