Wearing the shoes makes me feel like I am walking on a soft baby's bottom. The tassles are a bit much though, so I undid them and cut the lace shorter. They look quite good now.

Somewhat of a house shoe. The toe of the shoe can be damaged and wore down easily if walking on rough concrete or other surfaces that are not smooth. If you're doing long distance driving and occasionally stop, get out, take a break, etc, they're perfect. Buy them if that is your purpose. Don't get them as a casual walking shoe- they're not designed for that.

Fits perfectly (once you take the small cardboard pieces out from under the vamp)and, according to my wife, looks peachy. Am looking forward to wearing it with Dockers and a gingham shirt to a barbeque or something if somebody will invite me.
