By Granby Girl from Grand Forks, BC on 11/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Sizes run small Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots are well made and appear that they will provide good protection from winter weather. As per some of the comments they are difficult to get on, but feel fine once you get your foot inside. It's great that they are so well insulated because you wouldn't have room or need for a thick winter sock. I am keeping the boots and will use a long shoe horn for easy entries.
By lisamamot from West of Boston, MA on 10/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Purchased these in a 7 and a 7 1/2 M for my daughter who wears a size 5 kids (she measures a kids 4 1/2) which should translate to a women's 7. Both pairs were too small -- an 8 probably would have worked, but it was sold out. They are nicely made and if they perform and hold up like the regular Bugaboot (which I have) they're fabulous.
By frosty toes from gardiner, mt on 10/26/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: sizes run extremely small couldn't even get my foot in.
By A mom from Washington state on 10/21/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wasn't able to rate these because I had to send them back. Despite ordering a size larger than I normally wear I was unable to get them on. I have a very high instep and have had this problem before with other shoes, but this was extreme. This is not the product for you if you have a high instep!

I got these to walk the dog and shovel By Suzy the lazy homemaker from Milford, OH on 10/13/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm just going to reiterate that they ARE the Dickens to get on -and then they feel nice. They really need a tug-on loop - it's a struggle. But I knew it when I bought them because of the reviews so I just laughed through my struggle - and I hope I'll keep laughing each time. On the other hand, they are not hard to take off! That's nice! I like them.
By dogsbestfriend from Idaho on 10/12/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Not Comfortable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a similar pair from a few years ago that I just love and had hoped to replace them with these, but could not even get them on.
By cknfryd from Southwest Oklahoma on 10/08/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Stylish Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I live in southern Oklahoma, really doesn't get terribly cold here until at least January or February, so I really can't rate the warmth yet, but they sure are cute! I'm confident in Columbia's product and have no worries, as they fit and are comfortable.
I'm keeping the boots, but... By Dog Walker from Illinois on 10/06/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Even with a zipper, these boots are hard to get in and out of with thick socks on. The top part is also very stiff. I am keeping them becasue they are waterproof and I am hoping that they get softer with use.
