Loose fit everywhere but... By jennyneptune from Cambridge, MA on 09/03/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, High Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic, Eclectic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm a gal used to loose fit pants. Some brands run a little smaller in the waist. I guess Carhartt is one of these. If the jeans had some elastic there, they'd be perfect.
I'll be wearing them for outdoor clean-up and yard work. Hopefully, they'll break in...

By JayZ from Jackson Hole on 09/03/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Great Fit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Light work Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've worn the 12oz.duck washed work pants for years. Tried these out for the lighter material and love the cool soft feel! Probably wouldn't do any heavy work in these, but I'm sure they could take a little punishment.

By Joe the plumber from Seattle, WA on 08/17/2009 Pros: Durable, High Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Carhartts are great in general. My only issue with these is that although they were supposed to be "relaxed fit" the waist feels smaller than the regular fit. I purchase one pair relaxed and one regular in this order. They are great pants, nevertheless.
