By Traci from Buffalo, WY on 10/27/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These were so difficult to get on our little girl. We opted for different boots that zip on both sides.
By Andrew the MT man from Kalispell, MT on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These boots were for my 3 year old and we live in MT with lots of snow. He has fat feet so he has to push a little to get his right foot in but once on they are very comfortable, warm and he can run around real well. With both my sons we have had several pairs of Sorels and they are a great winter boot!
By boots from sioux falls sd on 10/21/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: nice boot- bought for my 3 yr old grandson- too tight for on and off- returning item due to this-if boot either zipped up or tied would be ok then for easy off and off-inside liner is very tight.
By CT Mom from CT on 10/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Great Value, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We bought a pair of these for our 4 yr old daughter last year and of course she out grew them so we just decided to get the same ones this year. They are very easy for her to get on and off. I wish there was a description that would tell you if they run true to size. These ran a little small.
Not a chance of getting them on By Hikingmama from Cape cod MA on 09/26/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I can't review the performance or fit of these because I ordered a whole size up for my 16 mo old but couldn't get his foot past the ankle. These might be good boots for older kids who can push down hard, but even then I'm not sure it would be worth the hassle. Terrible design for kids; one wonders why they would even
make them in sizes for little kids who clearly wouldn't be able to get them on.
By Mamasita1966 from Bremerton, WA on 09/23/2009 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I returned these boots. The sizing was vague. I wasn't sure they were a toddler size or a youth size since they were listed as simply "kids". They were too small.

Can't get my daughter's foot in! By Kylie's mom from Northwestern Wisconsin on 09/12/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: We ordered these boots in a size 6. My daughter is still wears a 5 in other shoes. After trying to shove her foot into these boots with no luck, I removed the liner and put it on her foot (fit fine) and tried to put her foot with the liner into the boot. It still would not budge! It seems like the elastic around the bottom of the shaft is much to tight. We will be returning.
Hard to get on, runs large By Mountain Family from 9,000 feet, Colorado on 09/09/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Although these look very warm, we could not get these on a preschooler b/c of the tight elastic strap (no velcro). Also, they seem huge compared to all our other size 11 shoes. Will return for a smaller pair of Sorels with a velcro entry.
By The snow bunny mom from Denver, CO on 08/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great boots for my 3 year old. They run just a tad small in my opinion so if in doubt order one size up. They're a little big right now but she still walks with ease and hopefully they'll be just right during the winter months!
