Not a bad shoe overall, but not as much cushioning as I would like. Feels a bit stiff.

These are my first pair of Brooks running shoes and I'm very happy. I'm a short-distance runner with neutral foot positioning. These are very comfortable and cushy - gives my knees and legs a more gentle ride.

I wear orthotics, and the Brooks are deep enough so that my foot doesn't feel like it is too high in the shoe. Their sizing is always spot on--I never have any problems with fit.

As a newbie runner, I needed a shoe that not only fits on my feet, but also adjusted for the way I ran (as evaluated by a pro runner/coach in my area). She recommended these shoes and it was perfect! It's so comfy that I love to go out to run! I had occasional ankle problems too and having the right shoes fixed that problem.
