Great shoe! Very comfortable and they offer a very smooth ride. I broke them in with a 6 mile run and recently ran a 20 miler in them. My feet didn't fatigue. The end of the run left me wanting to put more miles in. I didn't experience any hot spots or blisters. I will definitely continue my training in my new Brooks Defyance shoes.

After years of being a Nike fan but always having to buy a mens shoe because of my foot size, Ive found that these Brooks are a dream come true. From the width to the length, these shoes fit perfectly, and at a great price! They are lightweight, comfortable, have a lower arch support, and your feet dont get too hot or too cold. Thank you Brooks for accomidating us women who have larger feet!

I'm training for a marathon and bought this pair as a spare. They were a little snug on the first wearing (probably why they say to order up a half size) but quickly stretched. In fact, the shoe is made to conform to your foot. VERY comfortable! This is the first pair of Brooks I've owned, because I usually run in ASICS, but I love these new shoes. Hopefully they'll continue to be good ones. :)

I tried these to replace my Brooks Adrenaline's. I ran my first half marathon in the Adrenaline and needed new ones (out of stock) for the run leg of upcoming triathalons. I based my purchase on other reviews and am very happy. I ordered the same size and they work great. In my opinion these shoes seem to have more cushioning than the Adrenaline, which is exactly what I was looking for. I do wear custom orthodics so I can't really speak to the stability.

Great Neutral Running Shoe/ Great Price

Comments:
I'm on my third pair of these shoes and was delighted to find them at such a great price (they are about [$] at [...].) These are very comfortable running shoes for neutral runners who like a flexible shoe that let's them use their feet to feel the road and make adjustments. The soles are fairly low profile while still providing support and cushioning: I like that I don't feel like I have marshmallows strapped to my feet; other runners might want a thicker, more bouncy sole.
