By CW from Aust on 07/09/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love this shoe. I have noticed that the sole wears out fairly quickly...but maybe that was as I was running more, training for a half marathon! Excellent for road running - a little too cushioned for grass......not that I do much of that, but an excellent shoe.

Seems to provide all that it claims to.
By runnermommy from Cornelius, NC on 06/30/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Gym, Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been wearing Brooks Adrenaline for the past 5 years, and after a bout with IT band/patellar tendinitis and my doc suggested a stability shoe. Normally I would go to a running store and try some different shoes to find one that works, the Infiniti was offered at a crazy-good price here at STP, and this model was recommended for me through [...] shoe finder. It is similar to the Adrenaline in fit, except slightly (but noticeably) stiffer, providing extra support. They did need about 10-15 miles of "breaking in" for me, but once they did they were absolutely perfect for me, and haven't had any issues with my knee since. That being said, I would still reiterate the previous reviewer's recommendation that you get fitted for a shoe at a specialty running store FIRST (as I did five years ago) and find out which brand/model works best for you, THEN replace them at Sierra.

Great Shoe and a great price By Libbygirl from Nashville on 06/23/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Hard Work Surfaces Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my second pair of this shoe and I will buy them again
Satisfied and purchased another By Nurse Nancy from San Leandro, CA on 06/20/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear these shoes 8-9 hours at the clinic where I'm usually standing and walking, and rarely sitting. I also use them for everyday activities and at the gym and find them to be comfortable, light weight, and supportive. I prefer a bit stronger arch support, so I use an orthotic and the combination is perfect. The shoes are good looking and the price is right.
By youngrunner from Philadelphia, PA on 06/20/2009 Best Uses: Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I usually wear Brooks Adrenaline [...]I thought I would try the Infinity. Like the Brooks Trance, the Infinity did not work for me. I found them to be very uncomfortable for my foot type. They are a real bargain if they fit correct. No way of knowing unless you try them.....

By Minkster from Minnesota on 06/09/2009 Pros: Flexible, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I need a stable shoe and to my surprise this one being rated as high as it was, turned out to do me more harm than good. My knees hurt me only laps into a run and there was no way I was going to be able to run my full 6 or 8. When you reach the balls of your feet and toes, there is no more support.
Brooks is still the best, but don't try to venture to a new shoe if the ones you've been buying are working!
I would buy this product again. I am an over-pronator and the support is great.
